Thank you for shopping with us. Each of our baby blankets is made to order and personalised especially for you.

Personalised Items
Because our blankets are custom made with your chosen name or details, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalised items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please double check the spelling and details of your personalisation before placing your order, as we are unable to change or cancel orders once production has started.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve the problem quickly.

In these cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Returns
If a return is approved due to a fault or error, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
